Update

I am currently in the process of editing and formatting this publication for a proper print run. Instead of uploading numerous new files to fix grammatical errors and other such things, I will wait a little bit to upload a fixed edition.

For the time being, I appreciate your patience regarding typos, etc. I believe it is fully usable at this moment. 

I will post an update regarding next steps and print edition.
